Inez C. Reynolds, 84, of Unity, Maine, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, humor, and an unparalleled love for a good time. Born November 7, 1940, in Portland, Maine, Inez lived a life rooted in love, laughter, and soil. Whether she was wrangling chores on the farm with her beloved husband or making her usual order at the 10-4 Diner, Inez brought a spark wherever she went. And if there was music playing—watch out. She’d be the first one on the dance floor, and the last one off. She was predeceased by her husband Alec and her son Robert. Inez is survived by her children, David Nutting, Otto Clyde Nutting Jr., and Susan Cook; as well as a many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. A celebration of Inez’s life will be held on June 7th from 1:30pm - 3pm at the American Legion Hall in Unity, Maine. A private graveside service will take place at the family plot in Pond Cemetery, Unity, Maine. In lieu of flowers, go out dancing—or at least visit your favorite diner and raise a coffee mug to Inez.
