Theresa Veilleux Obituary (1928 - 2016)

Theresa “Pearl” Veilleux, 88 Waterville – Theresa “Pearl” Veilleux, 88, of Waterville, passed from this life to the next on Friday March 11, 2016. She was born on January 7, 1928 in Stockholm, ME, a daughter of Grace (Garrett) and Damous Bourgoin. Pearl first worked at American Woolen and retired from Ware-Butler. She had a reputation as a direct and forthright woman who also had an endearing quality in her personality. She is survived by her husband of 68 years Antoine “Tony” Veilleux of Waterville; her son Thomas Veilleux and his wife Sandra of Farmington; her grandson Samuel Veilleux of Chicago; her granddaughter Lydia Veilleux and her husband Ryan Leach of California; her great-grandsons: Benjamin Leach and Isaac Veilleux; her sister Yvonne Blake of Houlton and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday March 17, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Veilleux Funeral Home, 8 Elm Street, Waterville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday March 18 at 11:00 AM at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 112 Silver Street, Waterville.
